QUESTIONS
What are the postage rates when buying on-line?
The rates within Australia are :
1 Item = $4
2 Items = $7
3 or more items = $10
For international orders it varies, your postage rate will be calculated BEFORE you are asked to enter payment details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In Australia you will get it within three working days, outside Australia it will take ten working days.
Will you tour our band in Australia?
Possibly, we are always looking for bands to tour but there are obvious realities with touring Australia. The band needs to have a following and established name here before we can think about touring you.
Will Impedance Records release our album?
Maybe, email us a bit about your band and we'll check it out. Please take note of the kinds of releases we put out, if you don't know or like any of the artists we release, your probably best look elsewhere.
How can my record shop get hold of your releases?
Impedance Records are distributed via our worldwide distribution network, see the list on the left or contact us for details of who distributes in your territory.
Are there any jobs available at Impedance Records?
Any jobs will be advertised in our news section.
Can I be an intern or do work experience at Impedance Records?
At some times we can take on interns but be aware this is unpaid work (you may get some free discs and concert tickets). If you are interested in being an intern drop us an email, you need to be able to commit to working here on a part time basis for a reasonable amount of time. You'll also need to work from out our main office which is in Wollongong, Australia. We can not take on short term work experience people at this stage.
I run a zine/write for a newspaper/host a radio show, how can I get hold of promo copies?
Send us an email telling us about what you do and we'll sort things out from there.
